Consulting Timing

Clinic times are from 9:00am to 2:00pm and 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday to Saturday.

Appointment times are 10:30am to 2:00pm Monday to Saturday , 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm Monday to Friday

Fees

The Vadodara Physician Association fee structure forms the basis of our billing policy and we charge the fees that reflect the time taken and degree of complexity in each consultation.

Please pay your fees at reception after completion of consultation by cash or online mode.

Any questions regarding fees may be answered by reception staff.

Current fees structure

  • New Case : 1000 Rs.
  • Follow up Case : Rs.600 (After 3 days following date of last consultation).
  • Renewal Case : Rs.700 ( 6 months from last date of new or renewal consultation)
  • ECG : Rs.500
  • Pre operative Fitness : Rs.1000

You can also book your appointment by visiting the clinic.
Your appointment time is your reporting time to the clinic.
Your consultation will start as soon as the time permits for your case.
On average waiting time even after an appointment is 10 to 30 minutes.
As it is difficult to judge for the Doctor time taken by emergency work, attending essential phone call or time taken by routine patients.
If you need more time with the doctor, please tell the receptionist when you book. Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly.

Privacy

Your medical record is a confidential document. We are committed to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal health information at all times and to ensur that this information is only available to authorized staff members.

Emergencies

Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you or update you on the progress of your scheduled appointment.

Prescriptions, referrals and medical certificates will not be issued without a consultation. Please discuss this with the doctor if you have any concerns.

Suggestions

We welcome constructive suggestions. From time to time, our clinic will invite patients to complete a questionnaire on their views of the practice and how it can be improved. If at any time you are unhappy with the service provided, please speak to the Doctor.

Results

Please send a whatsapp message or call to the clinic phone number for the report information or any other query between 1 pm and 3 pm. Reception staff are let you know the doctor's comment. All other information should be discussed with your doctor.

Telephone Calls

We try to keep interruptions to every patient's consultation to a minimum. You can help us by noting the following:

  • Please state if it is an emergency.
  • Please state if the doctor has asked you to call them back regarding reports or to check on your condition.
